Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wahazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
